Two Gymnasts and a Cat

After a 2 1/2 month hiatus, we're back to gymnastics!  All set to go in our outfits from Auntie Sandy and cousins.  Riley is on the left in all the pictures.  Except the last one, that's our cat again.  Just because.

If you're a fan of cat videos, enjoy.  If not, I won't be offended.  I knew my dad & Susan would get a kick out of it though.  (It's 17 seconds of our cat, Mansfield, playing with his tail while on the railing.  He still doesn't know it's attached to him.)

Skiers

We gave the girls ski lessons for their birthday since they loved their lesson last year and had been begging to go again.  This time it's a 4 week lesson, and they teach us how to teach them.  There is a great little training hill for kids about a 1/2 hour from us, so we thankfully don't have to bother with the big VT ski resorts.  The first lesson was akin to torture for everyone...there was a lot of crying (them) and a lot of soreness (us).  But this week we were ready!  Not a single tear, and Hailey has pretty much surpassed every kid in the class.  (And my ability to ski backwards is also much improved.)  Two more lessons to go; these guys will be off the bunny slope and on to bigger and better by the end!
