Cancun Slideshow

Here's a video slideshow of our trip. So you know what you're getting in to, it's 2.5 minutes with about 50 pictures.

We had a great time, but the trip was not without its challenges. The girls weren't always on their best behavior, and we had a pretty ridiculous string of illnesses through the whole trip that started with the norovirus for all 4 of us before the trip, barely recovering in time to catch our plane to Mexico! The good news is we got to extend for free by a day because Burlington was expecting bad weather. Turns out it was fine, but we won't tell US Airways that.

The girls loved the flights, ate mussels, saw a crocodile, fell in love with the buffet dinner (mostly because of the dessert selections) and were little fishies themselves. By the last day, Riley was swimming under water with out arm floaties and only a pair of goggles! (I have video of that one.) Really the pool and the warm weather were the highlights, we didn't do too many excursions besides one trip on a glass bottom boat, and a few hours here and there on the beach. We saw a couple of Mexican dance shows over dinner (with aforementioned buffets), inspiring the girls to put on a few shows for us themselves. Mostly we swam, relaxed and did our best to stay healthy! And we're mostly glad to be home, at least everyone slept in this morning!
